Orders that are cancelled one week prior to the event, no cancellation fees will be levied. 
Orders that are cancelled between a 7 to 2 day window prior to the event, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any order cancelled under 48 hours prior to the event, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.  

Is all the gear I rent original?
We deal only with genuine brands and original equipment. All packages and products listed on this website are 100% genuine.

Do you take reservations for rentals? 
The only way to make a reservation for your rental booking is to make a 100% payment at the time of the booking.

How long can I rent the gear for?

What is the required minimum age to be able to rent gear?
The minimum age for you to be able to place an order is 18 years old.

Can I extend the tenure of my rental while the period of rental has already started?
The increase in the tenure of your rental will result in additional charges and also will be subject to availability of the said product/service at that point of time. So, in case you need to extend, we will have to check whether that product is available for the extended period, for which you will have to call us on 022-61235333.
